- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, certificates, and accessories must be retained.
- Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof of the issue.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns, replacements, or refunds cannot be provided if:
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The request is made after the 7-day return window.
- The request is based on personal expectations regarding spiritual or astrological outcomes.
The effects of spiritual products such as Rudraksha, Karungali Mala, Gemstone Bracelets, Zodiac Bracelets, and Vastu items may vary from person to person. Therefore, refunds or returns cannot be approved solely because expected results were not experienced.
Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement request, please email us with your Order Number, registered email address, and supporting photos/videos of the issue.
Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup whenever available or provide further instructions.
Refunds
After the returned product passes inspection, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
